Vitamins & minerals
Start today: take a picture of every label.
What to do now, while you wait for your visit
- Gather everything you take: vitamins, minerals, herbs, powders, and medicines.
- Take two pictures of each: the front of the bottle, and the label panel on the back (“Supplement Facts,” “Drug Facts,” or the pharmacy label).
- Bring the pictures on your phone to your visit, or bring the bottles.
Why the label matters: the form and the amount are printed there, and both matter. Dr. Goff reviews them with you.
Never stop or change a medicine your doctor prescribed without talking with that doctor.
Nutrition review
Dr. Goff reviews what you eat and drink, what you have been told about it, and what you are willing to change, and you leave with a plan you can follow. Plan about thirty minutes. Prices
