Charlie can
set up your first visit and your treatment visits, move an appointment you already have, and answer questions about the office: hours, directions, what a visit is.
Charlie doesn't
give health advice, quote or sell plans, or book VA, car accident, work injury or concierge visits (those go to Dr. Goff).
