Foot Levelers custom orthotics
Your feet are your foundation.
You stand on your feet all day, and they carry everything above them. When the arches don't support you well, the knees, hips and lower back often feel it.
Your foot scan comes with your first visit
Every new patient gets a Foot Levelers foot scan at the first visit. It shows how your three arches support you. Dr. Goff reviews it with you at your results review, and your scan report goes home with you, in your packet, whether or not you choose orthotics.

For golfers: XP3® Golf
In Foot Levelers' words: “Ideal for golfers at all levels, it enhances precision drives and promotes optimal body alignment while reducing fatigue.”
- Propacel® “provides a propulsive boost at toe-off, helping to reduce fatigue.”
- Moisture-wicking Dri-Brelle® top cover “keeps feet cool and comfortable.”
Safety: XP3 Golf contains magnets. Foot Levelers: “Do not use if you are wearing a pacemaker or electrical implant of any kind, or if you are pregnant.”
For pickleball and tennis: XP3® Court
In Foot Levelers' words: “The anti-skid base makes it great for quick lateral movements. This orthotic is ideal for enthusiasts and athletes engaged in court sports such as pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and more.”
On your feet all day
Foot Levelers' Extreme Collection is “designed for maximum support, comfort and durability” and, in their words, “optimal for most people.” It's made for “individuals who are on their feet for extended amounts of time throughout the day”.
In dress shoes
Foot Levelers' dress orthotics are “designed specifically for discreet support in dress shoes,” including styles “ideal for dress shoes with or without laces, western boots.”
At home and by the pool
Custom orthotic flip-flops (waterproof) and slippers, made from the same scan.
One scan, every pair
Your scan stays on file, so pairs for different shoes can be made from it. You'll know the price of each pair before you order.
Already wearing Foot Levelers?
Orthotics wear out like shoes do. Bring yours in for an orthotic checkup. With your scan on file, a new pair can often be ordered from it.
Paying for them
- Few health insurance plans pay for custom orthotics. Medicare generally does not. Your plan is checked before you order.
- Custom orthotics may be eligible for HSA or FSA funds; check with your plan administrator.
- You'll know your price before you order, and you'll have it in writing.
Specials, when we run one, are posted here with the exact item, price and dates. Self-pay only.
Our disclosure: this office sells Foot Levelers orthotics and makes money on them. That's why Dr. Goff shows you the scan and the reason before he recommends them. You're always free to buy orthotics anywhere you choose.
