These prices are for visits you pay for yourself. When a health plan pays, your plan's rules set your share: a copay, a deductible or coinsurance.

Good / Better / Best describe what a visit contains, never rank. Good is real care.
Missed visits: if you miss a visit without 24 hours' notice, the first one in any six months is waived. After that, the $50 applies.

- Every pack includes a Progress check near the end: visit 5 of 6, 7 of 8, 11 of 12.
- Your price is locked for the pack, used within twelve months.
- Our promise: change your mind within 7 days for a full refund. After that, unused visits are refunded at the pack's per-visit price.
- Paid in full when you buy the pack. No installments, no financing.

If you have Medicare
Medicare is billed for chiropractic adjustments for an active problem. For maintenance adjustments Medicare won't cover, Dr. Goff reviews Medicare's notice (the ABN) with you first. Services Medicare never covers from a chiropractor, such as examinations and therapies, are yours to pay at these prices; you get the price in writing first.
