Nelson T Goff D.C. Chiropractor (“we”) runs this website. This policy explains what this website collects and how it is used. Your health information is protected separately under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect: what you choose to send us (name, phone, email, your message, how you heard about us) and basic technical data your browser sends (pages viewed, device type), used to keep the site working.
How we use it: to answer you, schedule you, and send the texts you agree to.
What we never do: sell or rent your information. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are never shared, sold or rented to anyone for their marketing.
Who helps us: our scheduling and phone provider (Aloha) and our website host process information for us under agreements that limit its use.
Tracking: no advertising or analytics tracking on our booking or contact pages.
Do Not Track: this website does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Children: this website is not directed to children under 13.
Changes: we post changes here with a new effective date.
